Hello! From the bottom of our hearts, we’d like to say thank you so much for supporting our small business! We hope you love and enjoy your resin product(s) as much as we enjoyed making them.

Resin is a durable material. However, in order to ensure its longevity, some special care is required. Here are some ways to take care of your resin product(s):

Handle resin products with care. They are durable, but can still break when dropped.
Use a microfiber cloth to shine your resin project. Microfiber cloths are soft enough to keep your resin shiny without scratching the surface.
It is scratch resistant, but NOT scratch proof. Clean your resin product with a soft, damp cloth or sponge.
Do NOT scrub or soak. All our resin products are made from resin that is FDA compliant, making it safe for food to be placed on the cured resin product. When cleaning food off resin products, hand wash it ONLY with dish soap and warm water.
Do NOT use hot water when cleaning your resin product. Hot water may cause it to soften and lose its shape.
To increase the longevity of wood on the wooden resin products, do NOT submerge the product in water. Always allow it to dry vertically.
It is NOT dishwasher safe. Resin is water resistant but NOT waterproof.
AVOID contact with smoke, harsh chemicals, and cleaning products, especially those that are abrasive. It can cause the surface  of your resin product to get dull or scratched.
Resin products are UV resistant, but NOT UV proof. To prevent your resin product from turning yellow, do not place it in a location that will expose it to Ultraviolet (UV) rays. (AVOID prolonged direct sunlight.)
Resin products with natural flowers: To prevent the flowers from fading over time, please keep your resin product away from direct sunlight.
AVOID extreme heat All resin products are temperature resistant, up to 475ºF. To prevent your resin product from melting, bending, and changing its form, please keep it away from high temperatures.
Do NOT place hot pots, pans, and food directly on resin coasters and charcuterie boards. They are for cold food only.
Wooden housewares will occasionally require a coat of mineral oil to ensure its longevity. Mineral oil can also give return resin products its shine, when it starts to lose its luster.
Store resin products in a cool, dry place.
